EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange your non-personalized items, we have adjusted the process to adapt to the closure of our Toronto & Montreal shops. If you live in Vancouver, you may exchange items in-store.

By Mail

1. Please put through a NEW order online with the correct items to secure the products (as long as we have them in stock) and ensure they do not sell out.

2. Email us at info@suetables.com with the subject: EXCHANGE and both the new and old order numbers.

3. Send the items to be returned to our head office (address below) with a note stating your order number and name. Please note we will issue a refund of these items ONCE THEY ARE RECEIVED.

In-Store

Bring items in original packaging to one of our stores for an exchange. Please also bring the original receipt/gift receipt.

If you are in Toronto, we can process the exchange at the door (2525 Yonge St only), so please come with the item name you would like to exchange for. Please note not all products are stocked at each store location.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To get a refund on your non personalized (not on sale) items, you have the following options:

A) Return you order by mailing it our head office.

Please return items in their original packaging and clearly mark your package with your order number and name.

 

B) Bring your items to one of our stores during curbside pickup hours.

You can bring your items to one of our stores and leave them with one of our staff members during curbside pickup hours. Store hours are listed here.

Please clearly mark your package with “Return: Suetables Office” and your order number and name.
