Order Fulfillment

All Suetables online orders without personalization take 2-5 business days for fulfillment prior to shipping (this is subject to extend during peak shopping seasons).

Orders with personalization & engraving take up to 1 week for fulfillment prior to shipping. (Suetables cannot account for shipping delays during peak shopping seasons.)

Orders with pre-order notice will ship once the production is completed and the product is ready. In most cases, this is noted on the product page.

Orders can only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order date/time.

Gift Packaging

To support our sustainability efforts, we use Suetables branded pouches for all earrings and charms as gift packaging with our Suetables note card attached.

Gift packaging for necklaces and most bracelets are Suetables branded white boxes with the exception of chains such as Herringbone Necklace and all stretch bracelets to keep the integrity of the chain and the string, respestively.

Gift packaging for all solid gold items are Suetables branded black boxes.

We only provide paid return shipping labels if your items are faulty or incorrect within 14 days of receiving them. Please email info@suetables.com with any questions.

Exchange Process

Please note personalized pieces & earrings are not eligible for exchange unless customers receive a faulty item.

By Mail

1. Please put through a NEW order online with the correct items to secure the products (as long as we have them in stock) and ensure they do not sell out.

2. Email us at info@suetables.com with the subject: EXCHANGE with both the new and old order numbers.

3. Send the items (in original packaging) to be returned to our head office (address below) with a note stating your order number and name. Please note we will issue a refund of these items once they are received at our head office.

In-Store

Bring items in original packaging to one of our stores for an exchange. Please also bring the original receipt or have your order number ready. Please note not all products are stocked at each store location.
 

Return Policy & Process

For purchases made between November 13th and December 23, 2024, the return window is extended until January 17th, 2025. Holiday return policy follows the same policies outlined below.

All non-personalized pieces excluding earrings and sale/discounted items from Suetables can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

All earrings are final sale for hygiene and sanitary purposes.

All items must be returned in their original packaging with no signs of damage or wear.

Products received damaged or broken within 14 days of your order are subject to a free replacement or full refund.

To get a refund on qualified items, you have the following options:

By Mail/Online:

Please return your order by mailing it to our head office. We do not currently provide return shipping labels; it is up to the customer.

Please return items in their original packaging and mark your package with your order number and name. Please note we will issue a refund for these items once they are received and processed at our head office, and it would take up to 7 business days for received packages to get processed. Once the refund is completed, there will be an automated notification sent to confirm. 

In-Store/In-Person:

You can bring your eligible items to one of our stores for a refund. Please have your order confirmation and/or receipt as well as original packaging.
