Order Processing & Fulfillment
We take great care in preparing your Suetables pieces, ensuring they arrive beautifully crafted and ready to be cherished.
- Standard Orders (No Personalization): Please allow 2-5 business days for order fulfillment before shipping. Processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons.
- Engraved Orders: These special pieces require extra time and can take up to 5 business days to fulfill before shipping. (Suetables cannot account for potential shipping delays during busy seasons.)
- Custom Orders: These unique pieces are fully custom and take up to 21 business days to fulfill before shipping.
- Pre-Order Items: If an item is listed as a pre-order, it will ship once production is complete. Estimated timelines are typically noted on the product page.
We understand that things can change. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, your order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.
Gift Packaging
At Suetables, every piece tells a story, and thoughtful packaging is part of that experience. We use Suetables-branded pouches for all earrings and charms to support our sustainability efforts, complete with a signature Suetables note card.
- Necklaces & Most Bracelets arrive in our elegant Suetables-branded white boxes, except for delicate Herringbone necklaces and stretch bracelets, which are carefully packaged to preserve the integrity of their chains and strings.
- Solid Gold Pieces come in our premium Suetables-branded black boxes, adding a touch of sophistication.

We offer paid return shipping labels only if your item is faulty or incorrect within 14 days of receiving it. If you experience an issue, please email us at info@suetables.com—we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
Exchange Process
We want you to love your jewelry! However, please note that personalized pieces & earrings are final sale and can only be exchanged if they arrive faulty.
By Mail
- To secure the correct item, please place a new order online (if the item is in stock) to ensure it doesn’t sell out.
- Email info@suetables.com with the subject line: EXCHANGE and include your new and original order numbers.
- Please send the item(s) in their original packaging to our head office (address below), along with a note including your order number and name. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund.
In-Store
You’re always welcome to visit us! Bring your item(s) in their original packaging to one of our stores for an exchange. Please also bring your original receipt or have your order number ready. Kindly note that not all products are available at every store location.

Eligible Returns

Non-personalized jewelry (excluding earrings and sale/discounted items) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Earrings are final sale for hygiene and sanitary reasons.

Personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items (including those purchased with BFCM discount codes) are final sale and ineligible for return.

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 14 days for a free replacement or full refund.
How to Return Your Item(s)

We currently do not provide return shipping labels, so return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Please ensure that items are in their original packaging and include your order number and name on the package. Once received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive an automated confirmation email when your refund is complete.
In-Store Returns
You may also return eligible items in person at any of our stores. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt and the original packaging.
