What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping is a timeless personalization technique where each letter or symbol is individually hammered into the metal by hand. Because no two impressions are ever exactly the same, every piece carries a beautifully organic character - making it truly one of a kind.

Suetables was proud to be the first company to introduce hand stamping in Toronto, in 2005.

Today, we continue this tradition in-store, offering hand stamping in person at our locations, often with same-day customization, so you can create a meaningful piece that tells your story - instantly, unique and forever.

What is engraving?

Engraving is a precise technique where names, dates, artwork, or meaningful designs are etched into the metal for a clean, timeless finish. It’s perfect for adding extra detail and creating something truly personal.

At Suetables, we offer engraving in-store at all our locations, and we can even engrave custom images, handwriting, and unique symbols - often on the spot.

We absolutely love turning jewelry into something more than an accessory -a piece that holds memories, celebrates milestones, and helps you tell your story in a way that lasts forever.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders Monday through Friday, and because we’re located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), shipping is often fast - especially for customers nearby.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Personalized or engraved pieces may take a little longer, usually 2–5 business days, as they are made especially for you.

For make-to-order pieces, please allow up to 21 business days for production before your order ships.

We do our best to ensure your order is processed promptly and delivered on time; however, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping times begin once your order leaves our head office and is picked up by the carrier.

Are your earrings allergy-free?

Yes! Our allergy-free earrings are made only with high-quality, skin-friendly metals such as sterling silver, gold vermeil, and fine real gold. All of our Suetables jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, no matter the material.

These real metals are gentle on sensitive ears and chosen to be comfortable for everyday wear.  Designing and selling jewelry that feels safe, comfortable and good quality is really important to us 💛

Is Our jewelry nickel and lead free?

Yes! Our jewelry is made with high-quality, skin-friendly metals and is nickel-free and lead-free, making it safe and comfortable for everyday wear. 

If you have a specific metal allergy or sensitivity, feel free to reach out - we’re always happy to help you choose the perfect piece. 

Are your gemstones natural or lab-created?

Our gemstones are all lab diamonds unless specified otherwise.

Do you offer adjustable pieces?

Many of our chains are adjustable in length along with our bracelets that have clasps; our stretch bracelets often come in two sizes.

If my beaded bracelet breaks, will you re-bead?

Yes, we will re-bead free of charge within 6 months of purchase. After six months and before 2 years, we will re bead for $30, provided you have all the beads.

Do you do bulk orders or corporate gifting?

Yes we can do bulk orders and corporate gifting for companies, customers and charities. We have worked with many organization including SickKids Foundation, Children's Aid Foundation, Indigo, RBC, Branksome Hall and more. We often need about 4-16 weeks lead time especially for new designs. Note: we can add logos to most of our engravable pieces making them lovely gifts.


How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your Suetables pieces looking their best, we recommend treating them with a little extra love and care. Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, or harsh cleaning chemicals, as these can affect the finish over time. We also recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping to help prevent scratching, bending, or unnecessary wear.

  • Gold vermeil and thick gold-plated pieces should be kept dry and stored safely when not in use to maintain their shine.

  • Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, but it can easily be polished with a soft cloth to restore its brightness. Most of our silver is rhodium plate which is a layer of anti tarnish on top (reach out if you want to know which pieces). Silver will never tarnish if kept out of oxygen and light in a closed bag.

  • Solid gold is the most durable option for everyday wear, but we still suggest gentle cleaning and proper storage for long-lasting beauty. 14K and 10K real gold jewelry do not tarnish.

When you’re not wearing your jewelry, store it in a dry place and gently wipe it with a soft cloth to keep it sparkling for years.

Yes! Suetables is your one-stop shop for meaningful, ready-to-gift jewelry.

If your order is a gift, please note it at checkout and we will thoughtfully package your piece in our signature branded boxes.

If it’s not marked as a gift, your jewelry will be shipped in our signature branded pouches. They are great for storing jewelry!

You can also leave a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a gift message!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love what you ordered!

Non-personalized jewelry (excluding earrings) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, in original condition, and not purchased on sale.

Earrings and personalized pieces are final sale due to hygiene and customization.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll be happy to help make it right.
