Shipping Information
We ship out online orders Monday-Friday. Online orders take approximately 2-4 business days to be processed.
LOCAL PICKUP:
If you wish to pick up your order locally in Toronto, Vancouver or Montreal, please email customer service. Please note that if the items you have in your cart are not stocked at your desired pickup location, your pick-up might be longer than 2-5 days production lead time.Â
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS and international orders (includes USA) are shipped via UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
DUTIES & TAX INFORMATION:
Canadian customers will have retail sales tax added to their order. USA customers can order in Canadian dollars from our site. We will ship anywhere in North America and Europe. Duties are up to the customer to pay upon arrival of package. We do not offer prepaid duties.
